Today I wanted to bring you guys a post on how I believe Kylie Jenner does her makeup. I don’t just cover lips, I cover it all! It’s pretty simple stuff. She does use neutral shades and matte products to keep things looking natural. I may have done a little more than she does just so I can get that extra oomph. Here we are, hope you enjoy!
Today I decided to do a post on bottom lashes on here. I may be alone on this, but top and bottom lashes are completely different for me. Most of the time, I do not wear mascara on my bottom lashes because they’re really long. I find if I’m doing an every day makeup look they look a little out of place with mascara on. Top lashes, on the other hand, I always put mascara on. I don’t mind them being super long.
When I do put mascara on my bottom lashes, I do not (usually) use my go to mascaras, I have a special mascara I use for the bottom, because I like how it applies better. It isn’t a mascara specifically made for bottom lashes like from Clinique or ELF, but a mascara that I find works best for me for bottom lashes.

Back today with another The First Page. Today I’m going to do Le Château, which is Canadian store. It’s a little more high end, the clothing is expensive, but for a quick look at trends, I figured why not. Here’s out weekly gif!
Crochet is coming back into style really big this year. I’ve seen a lot of it floating around in stores, and I’ve been tempted to pick up some things myself. I did have two really pretty crochet vests I used to wear a lot a few years ago (2011? I think?) and I do believe I still have them, though I’m not entirely positive. The asymmetrical skirt I think is super unique, quite flattering, and it’s not too out there that people won’t go for it.
What do you guys think? Do you have any crochet items lying around in your closet? Would you buy into this trend? Post below!
I decided to use my original footage for this tutorial. After reviewing it a second time, it wasn’t too bad. The lighting wasn’t exactly what I wanted but that’s it. With that in mind, here’s the tutorial!
I filmed a tutorial yesterday super fast on that not-sure-if-they’re-wearing-makeup-or-not-but-they-look-great sort of look, however upon review today I’m not entirely sure I like the way it turned out. I think I can do a little better, I did feel a little rushed yesterday while filming it. I was spending time with a friend today hence no post until now, so tomorrow I’ll try to film the tutorial again and see if it turns out any better. Here are some photos of how the initial tutorial came out to show you the idea I’m going with.
So basically what I’m going for with this look is covering up imperfections, light contouring and highlighting, but overall focus on looking pretty natural.
You may ask what the point is to put on makeup if you want to look like you aren’t really wearing makeup. For me, it’s about looking effortless. Well why not just not do your makeup that’ll look pretty effortless too. Scratch that, I want to look effortless AND stand out. I want to take my natural beauty to the next level! I think that’s how a lot of people feel about this sort of thing. It appeals to us the same way that chanting the words to Beyonce’s Flawless does. It’s the reason we contour, even.
Anyway, with that being said, I apologize for the lack of content today.I did buy some clothing yesterday as well so I may do an extra post this week with what I’ve got. No promises of course, anything can come up.
In the spirit of makeup that looks natural, I want you guys to write down your essentials below! If you are wearing minimal makeup, what will definitely be on your face? I’m curious to see! I’ll post my answer as well when I post my video!
Short post today. I bought a sampler of Urban Decay’s Perversion mascara last week. I already own the perversion pencil liner, and it’s truly fantastic! Here’s some photos of how the mascara applies!
My lashes are quite long, but these definitely lengthened them by a lot. It works pretty great for thickening as well. It’s easy to apply, I’ve had no clumps the past week I’ve been using it. I will probably buy the full tube once I run out of this if it doesn’t get too clumpy as it ages. You can get perversion at Sephora.
